The Ministry of Company Affairs has constituted an Expert Committee vide its letter no.F.No.5/15/2006-IEPF dated November 17, 2006 under the Chairmanship of Prof. Sanjay Sehgal (Vice-President of the Society) with Dr. G.S. Sood (President of the Society) being Core Member and Mr. Narendra Kumar (Secretary of the Society) being Special Invitee. The Expert Committee has been assigned the task of identifying and developing the content for production of themes for television under Investor Education and Protection Fund.

Dr. Sanjay Sehgal, Vice-President of the Society was invited to France for a consultancy assignment which he successfully completed.
